1. Subscription Plans
Your subscription becomes active once the payment is successfully processed. It remains valid for the selected tenure. Upon expiration, you must renew your plan to continue enjoying Member Services.
In the event of non-renewal, your previously uploaded OTA Wall media may continue streaming, but you will lose access to updating or uploading new content as storage space (as per your subscribed plan) will no longer be available.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not provide any refunds once a subscription is activated.
- No refunds will be issued for unused time, partial months, or unused features.
